- Interface with customers, providing information on price and availability, delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking
- Selling the company's electronic repair services and spare parts to distributors and end users, using a web and phone sales/marketing
- Provide information about services offerings, guidance in selecting services, resolving misunderstandings and disputes and co-coordinating the contact with management and technical personnel for effective and timely fulfillment of the customer's needs.
- Supporting Managers and Technical personnel by providing effective administrative support.
- To be proactive in identify ways in which to improve processes and procedures in order to make the interaction with RA/ Lektronix easier for our customers
