We are looking for a suitable candidate for our client - international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
We are looking for people who speak ENGLISH and GERMAN and have experience from administration.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- assign and process requisition to a purchase orders
- communication with supplier to make sure about delivering services and goods
- participation during agree on a prices and conditions
- preparing and issuing purchase orders, evaluating price offer
- provide invoice assistance for payables and suppliers
- interaction with external suppliers and internal business clients
- working in SAP system
- maintaining database, creating regular reports
- administrative support
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Working hours: 33 -40 hours/week
Contract for 6 months with possibility of extention
