• Work with cross-functional and international team to facilitate the HR components of the start-up and ongoing operation of our new Cheb manufacturing site.
• Administer and oversee policies and programs in the areas of employment, training, development, compensation, benefits, occupational health and safety, employee relations, and staffing planning
• Maintain current knowledge of and ensure the site's compliance with all local and federal laws as they relate to employment
• Oversee employee recruitment, transfers, training, and terminations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensures appropriate record keeping and reporting
• Maintain communications with both plant leadership and global HR leadership to ensure alignment of HR activities with both functional and site objectives


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7+years of related experience with at least 2 years in an HR leadership role
• Extensive experience in Recruiting
• Previous experience with Human Resources in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and principles, and all applicable labor, pay, benefits, health, and safety laws and regulations
• Previous experience in a role reporting to management located internationally is preferred
